This is the highest level you can get. I Diamond provider has to complete over 150 cases per year to maintain this qualification.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if the closest provider is only a Bronze or Gold provider, as long as they can accurately diagnose your problem and know the right course of action to take. Obviously, experience goes a long way, and a Diamond provider is in a lot better position to correctly diagnose problems and take the right course of action.
