- A Recent Survey has revealed just how important a good smile is when it comes to finding your perfect match!
- 63% of people would choose to go on a date with someone with straight teeth (as opposed to crooked teeth). And watch out if you’re a single male looking for love – 65% of women would prefer to date a man with straight teeth
- 57% of people rate a person’s smile as ‘important’ or ‘very important’ when considering going on a date
- Bad teeth are a bigger turn off than wrinkles. Crooked teeth would put 27% of people off dating someone. 29% of women and 25% of men say crooked teeth are a turn off. Only 14% of men and women would be turned off by wrinkles. The biggest offenders were bad breath (72%), greasy hair (62%), being overweight (48%) and smelly feet (46%)

- People with straight teeth and a great smile are seen as more popular (38%), more sociable (25%), happier (25%) and healthier (21%) than people with crooked teeth
